I think the pencil is one of the easiest tools to use because you can make a straight line or curve the pencil to how you want it. The eye dropper tool will definitely be helpful to recreate a certain color you have already used. Internet vs World Wide Web Assignment

      The internet  connects to computers all over the world through different  routers.  In the 1960's, the U.S. Department of Defense funded the Advanced Research Projects Agency Network (ARPANET) which was the first prototype of the internet. The scientist were able to use several computers to commune on one network. In the 1970's, Robert Kahn and Vinton Cerf created the Transmission Control Protocol and Internet Protocol (TCP/IP). The protocols were able to pass on data to several networks. In 1983, the ARPANET was able to use the TCP/IP to create the "network of networks" known today as the internet (Andrews 5). The Department of Defense wanted to create the internet for military purposes, but today the internet allows people to communicate with different people around the whole world. The internet allows us to shop without getting out of bed, watch our favorite television shows, pay our bills and etc.       The World...
